01 Introduction

Welcome to NocturneMC. These Terms of Service govern your use of all NocturneMC services, including the Minecraft server, Discord community, website, and Twilight — our official Discord bot. By accessing or using any part of NocturneMC, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using NocturneMC and its associated services.

02 User Responsibilities

As a member of NocturneMC, you are expected to conduct yourself respectfully and responsibly across all of our platforms. This includes:

• Following the rules set forth by NocturneMC on the Minecraft server, Discord, and any other platform we operate
• Adhering to Discord's Community Guidelines when participating in our community
• Complying with Mojang's End User Licence Agreement while playing on our Minecraft server
• Taking responsibility for all content and interactions you initiate across NocturneMC services, including through Twilight

03 Services

NocturneMC operates the following services:

• Minecraft Server — a survival and roleplay-oriented Minecraft server with custom regions, progression, and gameplay systems
• Discord Community — the official NocturneMC Discord server, used for announcements, community interaction, and support
• Twilight — our official Discord bot, providing cross-platform integration, account management, and server monitoring
• Website — this site and any associated web services operated under NocturneMC

All services are provided "as-is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of all information across our platforms.

04 Account Management & Data Collection

To operate our services, NocturneMC may collect and store the following types of information:

• Discord ID and Username — used to identify users and link their Discord activity with their Minecraft account
• Minecraft Account — including UUID, in-game activity, and statistics, stored to facilitate cross-platform functionality via Twilight
• Command and Interaction Logs — records of commands and interactions across NocturneMC services, used to process requests and improve quality
• Gameplay Data — in-game statistics, achievements, and other relevant data generated through your participation in NocturneMC

By linking your Discord and Minecraft accounts or participating in NocturneMC services, you consent to this data collection. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how this data is used and stored.

05 Prohibited Activities

The following are prohibited across all NocturneMC services:

• Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorised modifications on the Minecraft server
• Spamming commands, channels, or chat
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in any NocturneMC service
• Harassing, threatening, or targeting other members
• Sharing unauthorised, harmful, or illegal content
• Impersonating NocturneMC staff or misrepresenting your affiliation with NocturneMC

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent removal from NocturneMC services across all platforms.

06 Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all NocturneMC services at our discretion, particularly where these terms are violated. Where appropriate, we may report conduct to Discord, Mojang, or other relevant authorities.

07 Limitation of Liability

NocturneMC and its operators are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of — or inability to use — our services. This includes but is not limited to data loss, account suspension, gameplay loss, or service interruptions.

08 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be announced through official NocturneMC channels. Continued use of any NocturneMC service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
